On 24 November 2021, H.E. Monsignor Eugene Martin Nugent officially presented to H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, the Credential Letters accrediting him as Apostolic Nuncio to the State of Qatar.
