The tomb is empty, Christ is risen! Alleluia!

On the night of March 30, 2024, His Grace Msgr. Eugene M. Nugent, Apostolic Nuncio, presided over the Solemn Vigil of the Resurrection of Christ at the Italian National Contingent Command (IT NCC) Air and Task Force Air Kuwait, at Alì Al Salem Air Base.

During the celebration, nine members of the faithful received the Sacrament of Confirmation, most of whom are part of the aeronautic personnel of the IT NCC Air Kuwait

The Apostolic Nunciature in Kuwait gratefully appreciates the attention received from Colonel Giovanni Luca Nicoletti and his staff, as well as from the Military Chaplain, Reverend Carlo Lamelza, who accompanied those who received the Sacrament of Confirmation in their journey of faith and to all the Air Base personnel during this Lent and Holy Week.
